6.9-Magnitude earquake, New Zealand

Powers lines, windows and water mains was smashed after an earthquake of 6.9 magnitude on Sunday in New Zealand in Wellington.
The earthquake that struck around nightfall, struck 35 miles southwest of Wellington and was 6 miles underground. Parts of the city was left without power after structural damaged caused by the earthquake. No injuries have been reported..
